Striped Pattern Destroyed Cuffed Jeans

I have ordered two pairs of these now and overall they are great. The only problem I have with them is there is an inconsistent fit. One pair tits amazing yet the other is an odd cut. The second pair sits very low in the seat. (I hope that's the right term, I have to keep pulling up my pant legs before I bend down or get down on one knee. They are also tighter around the ankles than the other pair. Again, overall, very satisfied with the jeans just wish both pairs felt the same.
