I'm 5'11'' and weigh 160 lbs and I got a size medium hoodie. It did fit great, but after going through the wash it is a bit snug. However, I'm sure that a large would definitely be too big for me. It feels just like a cotton hoodie would, but it's not really itchy at all and is quite comfortable. One of my buddies even saw me in this sweater and asked me where I got it. When I told him I got it for ten bucks off of Amazon, he immediately bought his own. So overall it is a good pick if you're wanting to get a plain-looking and comfortable hooded sweater. I definitely recommend.
