I bought this for my daughter. She's in 5th grade, 11 years young, and above-average height. Taller than most of the boys. This pullover fits her absolutely perfectly. If your kiddo is above average height, remember that it's usually the legs which make our kids taller. That's why this fits perfectly - it fits all the kids (and most of the ladies) perfectly. Hanes knows what's up! Sizewize. Oh, also my daughter said that it's "suuuuuper soft".
