Where I live, medium-weight sweatshirts are perfect for Fall, Winter and early Spring. I wear them pretty much everywhere except work. This Hanes hooded sweatshirt is a good quality product - soft, just thick enough, and durable. They are priced well too. I do find that they run on the smaller side. I am 5'8" and about 170-175 lb. - in other words, shortish and stocky/broad. I usually take either a medium or large depending on the brand. In this style I am a solid large. A medium would probably be ok in length but would be too tight in the shoulders. So if you are of a bit of a heftier build like me, you may want to consider ordering up a size. Once I figured this out I was able to buy a few of these in a proper size. Overall: highly recommended!!
